Wandrful is inspired by the never-ending pursuit of wondrous locations from around the world. Whilst on a trip to the Maldives, we were inspired to create a brand to embody this. We love Maroubra and the Wandrful sand-free beach towels. One of the best surfing spots in Sydney, the beach is popular with surfers given the regular good swell and wave conditions. Bounded by the northern Mistral and southern Magic points. Maroubra beach is surrounded by open space with a large 1km expanse of sand for you to adventure on. There are lots of activities to do at the beach. With a free outdoor gym, a skate park and a large kids playground, with the iconic Rubik’s cube serving as the ideal meeting spot. The days start early in Bondi with Wandrful sunrises edging over the ocean as surfers carve up waves, and joggers cruise up and down the promenade. The beautiful sandy beach is Australia’s most famous beach. Just meters away from the sand and crashing waves is the world-class Bondi Skatepark which hosts the infamous Bowl-A-Rama. Head on down to the southern end of the rocky headland is the world-famous and iconic Bondi Icebergs where you will find the most unforgettable view of Bondi Beach.

We Love Tamarama and the Wandrful sand-free beach towels. Affectionately known as Glamarama by the locals as it is a beach where trendsetters come to sunbathe and swim or simply try to be seen. Tamarama Beach is a small beach between two prominent cliff headlands. A Wandrful relaxed, small, scenic cove with sand filled valley to the back, surrounded by pleasant parkland and picnic areas. Tamarama Surf Club is located on the northern side, perched upon the headland where it overlooks the entire beach.

The Wandrful beach is unique and popular with families and snorkelers, and those who want the beach experience without the sand. Concrete platforms and promenades have been constructed on both sides of the bay which are popular for those seeking sun-baking spots. There are access steps into the water, making Clovelly Beach more like a gigantic ocean pool.

We Love Coogee and the Wandrful sand-free beach towels. Coogee Beach is a Wandrful beach with calm surf and is family-friendly. The beach is sheltered by a rocky island called Wedding Cake Island. With so much on offer, the promenade area has restored historic buildings and nurtured parklands, and spoilt for choice for ocean pools. There is a rock pool at the northern end Giles Baths, underneath Dolphins Point and a man-made rock pool at the southern end of the beach, Ross Jones Memorial Baths underneath the Coogee Surf Life Saving Club. Coogee also boasts within walking distance two other spectacular ocean pools McIver’s Ladies Baths and the heritage-listed Wylie’s Baths.

We love Balmoral and the Wandrful sand-free beach towels. One of Sydney’s best gems. Its sheltered Harbourside position makes for a Wandrful beach to experience. The turquoise water at Balmoral Beach is transparent and calm, and makes for the perfect spot to watch the world go by. Wandrful Shelly Beach, Manly, Oceanlust – Shelly Beach Towel
We love Manly and the Wandrful sand-free beach towels. Shelly Beach is located in Manly and forms part of Cabbage Tree Bay and feels like a secluded island. A protected marine reserve that lies adjacent to North Head and Fairy Bower. Shelly Beach is a Wandrful place to snorkel or learn to dive with a large variety of marine life which can be viewed in relatively shallow water. For the adventurous, take a walk around the bush track which hugs the headland offering spectacular views of North Head and the Northern Beaches.

We love Freshwater and the Wandrful sand-free beach towels. Freshwater is a short walk north from Manly. The beach is flanked by a headland at each end and there is a large rock pool at the northern end. The world-famous Northern Beaches rockpools are Wandrful places to cool down or do a few laps. Freshwater’s unique claim to fame is that this is where surfboard riding was popularised in Australia by Hawaiian “Duke” Kahanamoku.

To the north is The Basin, a rounded bay edged with cliffs and perfect for cruising on a longboard. To the south, the main beach is 1km long, perfect to enjoy a long stroll. There is a wide rock platform in between the two beaches which is home to the most gorgeous ocean pool as if it is floating in the ocean.
